Rates:

• December 1 through January 15:

  $250 (USD) per night

• January 16 through April 30:

  $215 (USD) per night

• May 1 through June 15:

  $195 (USD) per night

• June 16 through August 31:

  $215 (USD) per night

• September 1 through November 30:

  $195 (USD) per night

• A one week minimum booking is required
• There is a 10% discount for stays of two weeks to a month
• There is a 15% discount for stays of a month or longer
• There is a 7% additional discount for booking online
• There is a security deposit of $300, which will be refunded within two weeks of checkout
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
• All rates subject to 11.4167% tax^*

• A deposit of $700 is required to confirm your reservation
• The balance is required 60 days prior to check-in
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM
• No smoking or pets permitted
• The unit will be cleaned before and after your stay
• Daily maid service is available at guest's expense

• A $50 fee applies to any deposit until the final payment due date
• Upon due date, the full deposit amount is forfeit
• Final payment is NOT refundable unless the unit can be re-rented for the reserved dates
